This Saturday evening Santa Clause will be rolling through our community with the 3rd Annual Santa Run! Your firefighters will be collecting unwrapped presents and money for the Carp Giving Tree which provides Christmas presents for kids in our community in need. Last month Ken went into cardiac arrest at his home but thanks to early compressions from his wife along with a quick response by dispatchers, sheriff, ambulance personnel, fire and hospital staff he has made a full recovery! We would like to congratulate Brian Bull, who was voted the 2022 Carp Summerland Firefighter of the Year! Brian joined us in 2019 after serving in the Marines, working as a hotshot, smokejumper and as a ambulance medic. Brian leads our EMS training, teaches at academy and is a true leader in the department. Congratulations Bull! #carpsummerlandfirefighters
